Frequently asked questions about AI Workshops.
It depends on your goal. The AI Kickoff (from 900 €) creates a shared, safe foundation for mixed teams. The Department Workshop (from 1,900 €) uses a pre-assessment to go deep into one department's use cases. The Use-Case Workshop (from 2,900 €) enables leaders and decision-makers to steer AI strategically. In the free intro call we recommend the right format for you.
Both are possible. We come to you for in-house workshops or run the workshop remotely, depending on team size, location and preferences. We agree on the right setup together in the intro call.
For productive, hands-on learning we recommend focused groups of up to around ten people. We train larger workforces in several cohorts, so there is enough room for your specific questions and use cases.
None. The AI Kickoff is made explicitly for beginners and brings everyone to a shared level. For the Department and Use-Case workshops, basic knowledge helps but is not required. We adapt the depth to your team's level.
So the workshop turns into real routine, all participants receive training materials and a prompting sheet to refer back to. On top of that, there are 30 days of aftercare in a shared support channel for open questions from daily work. If something doesn't stick, we follow up.
Entry prices are 900 € for the AI Kickoff, 1,900 € for the Department Workshop and 2,900 € for the Use-Case Workshop. The final price depends on team size, depth and effort and is calculated transparently in the intro call. The Use-Case Workshop is creditable toward a later implementation with us.
Article 4 has been in force since February 2025, and regulatory enforcement starts on 2 August 2026. It requires companies to ensure a sufficient level of AI competence. Our workshops build exactly that competence, and all participants receive a documented proof of competence with contents, duration and date as evidence. For a legally binding assessment of your individual case, please involve your legal advisors.
We train on the common models such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude, and we focus the Department Workshop on the tools you use every day. Internal, self-built AI systems are not part of the workshop; for those, the Use-Case Workshop is the right strategic starting point.
