The retainer tiers start at €490/month (Care), €2,900/month (Partner Core) and €6,900/month (Partner Scale); the AI Office is priced individually on request. The final price depends on how closely we're involved, which systems we look after and the monthly capacity you need — we calculate it transparently after the initial call. The minimum term is 6 months, then it's cancellable quarterly.

If we haven't worked together before, we start with a compact setup sprint. If a strategy consultation, an audit, a workshop or a delivery project with us has already taken place, the move into the retainer can happen directly, or the setup effort is significantly smaller.

Yes — depending on the retainer tier, active delivery can be included alongside strategy, for example AI agents, automations, RAG systems, workflow optimizations or internal AI assistants. The exact scope is defined together before we start.

No. The retainer covers a clearly agreed, defined monthly capacity. That keeps the collaboration plannable, prioritized and economically sensible. Larger additional projects are planned transparently and separately.
