The starting point
YVSEFI is a luxury streetwear brand in the register of Balenciaga and ACNE Studios, but the existing shop did not live up to that world. The layout was scattered, the design language disconnected from the brand, the UI inconsistent and the feeling of luxury missing. What the About page promised did not arrive in the shop experience.
The conversion levers a premium shop needs were missing too: no purchase incentives, no quickbuy or upsell, and very few trust elements.
And time was tight. The client wanted to start marketing in 7 days. Other agencies could not combine high-quality design with speed; their rigid, slow processes did not hold up under the deadline.
Distance added another layer: the client was in the US, we were in Germany, so coordination ran across time zones with only a few overlapping working hours per day.

What we implemented.
Human creativity and direction meets AI power: in 3 days, we designed a complete mockup, translated it into a working mobile-first Shopify theme and launched the site, 4 days before deadline.
Seven pages were rethought from scratch: homepage, product page, category page, About, legal page, navigation and cart. Added on top: quickbuy with variant selector popup, cart upsell, trust elements, calmer newsletter popups and sharper copy.
Where product imagery was missing, we generated and implemented on-brand AI visuals, creating a consistent image language across categories and making the luxury promise tangible.

The result: a brand you can feel again.
YVSEFI is more than fashion — a design language you can wear; pieces you feel as much as you see. The old shop did not carry that depth. Our redesign translates the brand's attitude, self-expression, identity and intention, into a digital experience that feels elevated and approachable at the same time.
Seven consistently designed pages, a coherent partly AI-generated image language and targeted conversion levers, quickbuy with variant popup, cart upsell and trust elements, turn visitors into buyers. Measurably: +41% conversion rate and +200% add-to-cart rate.
And all of it at record speed: live in 3 instead of the planned 7 days, 4 days before deadline and in time for the marketing launch, across the distance between Los Angeles and Germany. A presence for people who express themselves without having to explain it, and who refuse to disappear into the crowd.
